I've been playing all morning. I thought I'd share it with you guys considering of the volume of you that seem to be the same age and would probably appreciate it as much as I do.

If you hit X during character select it gives you variations of that character. Like Protoman for Megaman.

If there were DkS characters It'd be 9 x 10^9999999999999999999 more awesome.

Working with flash is really confusing too. I tried to make a soundboard once. After a few days of toiling I just gave up, and that's tons less complicated that an entire game.

There's a gamemaker program thats pretty easy to use but I suck at it.

This just makes me want to play Contra (I never have before).

Heh, well, I'm sure it'd be a bigger deal if there was still a way for somebody to profit off of my playing Contra...I guess I could probably buy it from the Wii store...if I had a Wii...

But honestly, when my NES unfizzles itself out (hah), I'd happily go and buy the cartridge!

SMBC is making nostalgic for super metroid. Such a great game. In fact all these games were great. Ninja Gaiden NES is such a test of a gamers skill
