yea i noticed after posting, ive ordered the tv, a new wii motion plus and a wii hdmi converter. If this tv doesnt work for the PS4 i may just build the most sick TV ever conceived using grass and mud.

Just for the record, virtually all TV's nowadays are 60Hz.  Anything lower has pretty much disappeared when the 90's were done because virtually all TV's back then had scart ports in them.

BTW the only reason why you should look out for frame rates above 60hz if you're using media that goes above that (PC gaming) or 3D films/games. With your TV being 100hz, you will only get a maximum of 50hz when the 3D is turned on. If this is going to be an issue for you then I recommend you cancel your order and get a 3D TV above 120hz for those 60hz 3D moments.

Good choice with samsung, got 3 at the home at the moment, 1's 8 years old and still going fine. Too late now but i'd pop into curry's or harvey normans to get mine. They're clearing all the stock for xmas and you'd get a good deal around now. USB playback is handy as it'll read NTFS formatted drives.

I have a plasma HD Samsung that's 10 years old. Sadly HDMI is broke so I can only get 720P from the component cable, but it's good enough for me. I don't sweat stuff like that
