What has happened?

Screwing around on a tank build(Dual wielding Grant and Smoughs)
Get invaded
Hit him twice and stunlocks
He toggles out
Pops a Divine Blessing
Divine Blessing
>DIVINE BLESSING(S)
He does this at least 20 times(Seriously im not kidding at least 20) as the fight goes on and I'm all like.......

I'm ok with 1 or 2 at most 3 but really he popped one after every hit  
End of butthurt.
So is PS3 PvP getting really bad with DB poppers or is it just my luck I found one?

i dunno man the games kind of old. it's been thru a lot of glitches and other things and its pretty hit and miss with random duels.

not sure what the community can tell you bro. it can help you find duels, tho.

The are no DB's or Mushrooms in MM, unless you're referring to the hacker gateway bit.

Some places are better than others. I've been in the burg at @125 and really haven't run into more than a small handful of players like this.

dp poppers are few and far between in my experience. When I do run into one, that's the moment I stop taking duel seriously and start throwing dung pies and lloyds and running. I think its odd and kinda funny that some players can't stand to lose a fair fight so they do anything to win.

That's an interesting take. Next time I fight a really annoying PvPer, maybe I'll have some backup stuff just to waste his time and be all silly.

But seriously, expecting fair random fights in Dark Souls now is hopeless. Almost everyone and their mother has a neat stack of blessings, so when someone pops one, dash board, block, and move on.

I was doing a mixture of dueling and random invasions for half my weekend. Amongst other things I visited the burg. I didn't see a single DB popper anywhere.  In my experience, for PS3, they are pretty few and far between.

Even in the forest, I rarely see a DB popper. The forest is just about as bad as it gets. If DB popping were a big problem, it would show up in the forest in high amounts.

You shouldn't expect fair random fights. If you want a place for legitimate duels, the burg isn't the best place. Especially randos. While I've had good luck, I've heard a lot of people don't. My favorite places for leaving rss or even random is either butterfly forest or Darkmoon tomb. Also Ceasless fog, my fight club meets there nightly. Yeah, if you want, you could come check out the fight club sometime, see if it tickles your fancy. Time zone isn't an issue either, the fights go on 24 hours a day. That is my preferred way of getting fair duels with excellent pvp'ers.

@ reim0027, I've ended up killing an annoying invader, I'd say 50% of the time, by running away and throwing dung pies. They get so flustered sometimes, they end up making silly mistakes. Like using up all their WoGs or running off a ledge. Or even just swinging wildly, ignoring their stamina is a big enough mistake for me to punish.
Just keep in mind, the people that resort to eating divine blessings like candy, probably didn't get them legit, and usually terrible at pvp. Yeah, like SadPanda said, just block them and move on.

Thanks lol. I guess I'm WAYYYY behind on the news. I used to duel in Burg all the time. Guess that's no more. I'll keep some of you in  mind whenever I get back on. I have to wait for my sisters to stop downloading all them movies since I have Clear(DO NOT GET AT ALL COSTS) and it kills the ping. Thanks for replies though. Have a good day/night!
