Hidden Twin Humanity?

While going through Oolacile Township, I decided to take a different route then usual. I dropped off onto that lower roof past where it overlooks the pathway towards the chained prisoner. I noticed a path off to the side and found a twin humanity on that small path. 

I checked on the location overview of the place on the wiki and didn't find a twin humanity on the item list or even that item on the page. 
Anyone notice this item or am I just a bit behind with my exploration?

I've noticed it before, but I never knew it wasn't on the wiki. You mean on top of the balcony near the shortcut right?

Yeah, I was kinda surprised that I found it there.

hmm, I found it first time... then again, I explored so much, I'm sure I found almost everything....

When I found the twin humanity, it just reminded me how little i know about this game compared to Demons's Souls.
Maybe I need to start exploring more...

Hmm...oh that, hidden treasure, the one on the building before you activate the elevator?
Yeah, that one was pretty neat. Truth be told, I found it on my second play-through when I wanted to take a risk this time. Since the roof was inclined I was a bit suspicious this might cause me to slip and plummet and then aggro the enemies that would be behind me.

To my surprise, the roof didn't slip and I cautiously noticed that there was a space to the side that was open. In addition, I noticed jumping down wouldn't cause the enemies directly behind to notice you. So that rooftop became my safe route for other play-troughs.

That said, I think what was hidden about that treasure was the fact the player's intent would most likely be to jump down (under the assumption the player automatically slides), so they never figure the possibility of looking around and instead immediately jump. That and you don't expect a "path" in a roof...

I SAW that one from the bonfire AFTER I had defeated Manus. So once I figured out where exactly it was that I was seeing, I had to make it all the way back down there to collect the prize.
