Thank the admins / moderators!

The administrators and moderators of this forum work tirelessly and for less than minimum wage. (Zero wage? Is this slave labour?) It's not an easy job to enforce the forum rules - especially when so many of us are friends.  

I just wanted to let all the administrators and moderators of the past and the future know that I am very grateful of all the time and effort you've put into creating this forum and keeping it running.

I'm not too good with words, so I put together a little something in prisms for you guys and gals:

When was the last time you prismed yourself to laggy doom in the Lower Burg? I almost lagged out. ALMOST. I wanted to make the words more prism-y, but it was starting to get really laggy.

I made it in the Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F game in the Studio Photography section of the game. I had a hard time adjusting Sweet Devil Miku into that picture just right. Finally got it done. Worth the time and effort.

There are so many members of the community that I feel would be great moderators, but I think that is because you guys are such upstanding forumites (forum citizens?) I'm happy with the team we have currently though. Aside from that, I think the best we can do to help out is to take personal issues to PM and to report what needs to be reported.

I agree it's not always a fun and easy task. It's kind of like teachers for me really. They have a certain set of rules to follow, but then they probably want to be seen as regular people and have friends here too.  So far as I can tell, apart from the sometimes strics (needed) comments, they certainly achieved that. All of them. 
Being objective and neutral isn't easy for most people too.

So this is a thanks from me too. I only stepped up once because of an issue that didn't exactly seem like an issue to me. So sorry if I gave you a hard time for it, Serious 
But I know you guys do your job well. A while ago, Pendant offered his help. I'm not sure what help could be done being a regular member of the forum. I'm not always consistently active, but feel free to ask for help too whenever needed. I only turn  down offering help when it's absolutely impossible for me.

So that's that. Just keep up the good work like always and take care 

The only thing I ask of you all is to keep vigilant and help us out by sending a PM our way or reporting posts that are breaking the rules of the forum. That alone helps a great deal and is something everyone can do.

Thanks for the thread bunny, I'm glad that people appreciate what we do here. Thank you all for the support, I'll continue doing my best and trying to improve the forum, one step at a time

Remember my PM is always there for any issues people have, I want to be as open as possible with my actions so you all understand everything fully or even if you want to ask me about some of my decisions. I'm only young an only human, so I accept I will make some mistakes, but hopefully I can improve my actions as my period as moderator continues to lengthen

The responses in this thread bring happy tears to my eyes. I have to echo Serious' sentiment - we are all human and we all make mistakes; whether you're a moderator or a member. It's best not to take it personally. Sometimes the best solution is communication. I think this is important between all our members as well.

@bunny - I +1'd you as soon as I saw that neg rep. This is a great thread and I (we) appreciate it.

TBH, I kinda don't know how to respond without sounding self-absorbed. I've never been good at handling praise or compliments. It feels strange to me.

But, as I said, I appreciate the feedback. It is nice to know that you and others feel we are doing a good job. And, as Serious said, my PM is always open for not only "thanks" but also suggestions and, even criticisms. How else can we improve without those 3 things?

I typically hate posting in threads like this, as to me it seems like brown nosing the admins.

However, usually that's on an Official Server, not a fan run one.

I guess it'd be hard to add anything else other than my name to the list of those who have already said thank you. Ah, come on, you know we appreciate it all. This has to be one of the best (and still alive) forums out there. I trust you guys will keep it that way.
