    Dunno about u guys, but I hope the dragon stone stays around for Ds2.

    Wings would be cool, maybe not for flying around but bigger jumps perhaps ? Or a wrap around heal spell like hellkite does ?

    Also dragons are meant to have scales so why not boost bleed/fire resistances when in character?

    What about dragons gaining the effects of rusted iron ring,  being able to run throu swamp shallow water would make sense..

    Special covenant related bonus, if stay in character whole playthrough.
    No aggro from in game dragons 
    Bite moves ?

    Anyways dragons yeah

    Sounds like a cool idea. To be honest this is what i was thinking for covs in the game to be like. To have a few special bonuses and such that make it easier/harder. So liek you said you dont get hit by drakes,dargons and the like but you get dragonslayers to be more powerful against you.

    I don't see why they couldn't modify the kick into a bite attack, much like characters with the EggHead.

    i like it all especially the wings idea maybe not for flying but i enjoy there being multiple dragon stones one of which could be wings wrapping around for a heal or instead of a kick there could be a tail whip or even wings forcing a gust of wind >.< the possibilities are endless

    The whole scales thing should totally mean better resistance even though being a humanoid dragon . i still think it shouldnt be considered naked armor

    First off the dragon body and head should be upgradeable through some covenant related activity. Be it beating down tough stuff, PVP action or collecting some kind hard to find item (dragon scales type thing).

    Top level body upgrade should be equal to at least mid level armor.
    Full on head upgrade should be right under whatever fire magic ends up being like.

    I want full on dragon hand to hand combat moves unlocked with each upgrade!
    Swipes, hooks, uppercuts, kicks... hold down attack buttons for longer yet more powerful moves (that's right... I want to uppercut hollows off cliffs).
    Backstabs/ripostes are all bite/throw animations.

    ^ agreed I think the riposte should be the dragon eating your face and the back stab you get impaled by the tail >XD

    Pretty much the only thing I would change is more unique animations for the dragon, such as special backstabs and ripostes(Perhaps you grab them and just give a big ol' love bite on their neck? That would definitely hurt. Can't imagine what the animation of that with hornet ring would be). As well as more defense.
    It makes partial sense, the dragon torso stones complete lack of giving you any defense. You do not have any scales, and thus lack the thing that made the dragons so impenetrable and immortal. But, you are still a huge dragon that can yell so loud you push over silver knights and punch hard enough to pierce skulls. You should definitely have at least some defense(probably light armor defense - medium armor would make it a bit overpowered). It makes even more sense if you look at the dragon weapons. Every dragon weapon gives you boosts in defense, yet becoming a dragon gives you no defense? Something wrong is happening here.

    That is my two cents on it.

    TL:DR, Add defense.

    Hehe by upgrading, I meant a much bigger upgrade path similar to a +15 weapon.
    Not the underwhelming 3 step program DragonBros get now. =(

    So it would be a dual branching thing:
    Defense = Upgrade body
    Offence = Upgrade head 

    My thoughts on it going all the way up to mid armor was this:
    You see a guy walk past if full upgrade dragon body/head and you are like "wow that guy/lady put in some serious work for that".
    So in a way, dragon form is a full on build, not just a goofy side quest thing.

    As for the hornet ring animation...
    Mortal Kombat style Fatality if hit results in a KO.
