Mid roll is very good at getting you killed.
28 att is wayyy too much for a utiliatrain pyro/dex build, I wouldn't recommend going past 19 unless you want a more dedicated pyro build.
20 strength is useless for dex builds, 16 at most.
The Furysword is limited in what it can do, like all curved swords.
You don't need two weapons on a dex build, as one weapon tends to be diverse and reliable enough.

Here's a general idea of what I'd do with it, and I'd also recommend lowering the level to 120 or 125 as those tend to be the more common pvp levels.

Stat-wise, I would recommend a lower level, since Pyromancy's power gets capped and becomes much less significant VERY quickly the higher you go.  Try for at most 99 or 120.

Poison mist as a spell is completely useless unless you use it create a barrier between you and the enemy(and even then some people just walk through it).

28 Attunement seems a bit much.

Quelaag's fury sword is a bit low damage-wise, and at 45 dex I believe any other curved sword outdamages and outspeeds it.

Full havel armor isn't necessary and you might want to mix and match with the giant's armor(for more defense).

Without bellowing dragoncrest ring and the crown of dusk, you may want to anticipate subpar damage from your pyromancies.

You only need 16 str. Chaos blade. Nuff said.

I'd say 4 slots is enough so after bumping down str and att you'll be at Sl114.

Take off Havel's ring for Wolf ring and play with different armor combinations.

Fast roll + Dex build = Domination. Fast weapons go with good mobility.

Bump your vit up to 50 for a base health of 1500. 1800 with RoFap.

Figure out what weapons you wanna use and go to town. And i'd say Dark Hand to save weight.

Dex builds don't really even need 40 endurance so you don't need the grass shield.

Besides my Zweihmancer build, my Chaosmancer is a close 2nd.

i have no real reply to you because the build you posted is just so far out of my comfort zone and if I told you anything it would completely destroy the build concept.

But to the people hating on Fury sword it's God tier, nuff said.

Moveset is too predictable in opinion. You can see the swing coming from a mile away. L2 shuts the Fury sword down. I rarely run into anyone who can use it properly, and ALOT of people use it.

That's because 99% of all players spam r1 on all curved swords as their only tactic. Fury is hands down the best spacing back up weapon in the game aside from spears but let's be serious anyone using a spear doesn't need a back up weapon. and it's unlocked R2s shut down those fancy L2s
