This is a good chance to use the Ring of Sacrifice. Only use this ring when you are trying to reach your blood spoor (except for the first Seath's fight, of course).
If you die before you reach your blood spoor, the ring will shatter and your blood spoor will remain where it was, full of juicy good stuff.

Guys I took the green thing on the ground, the message appears but the souls dont. I didnt die after this (Im sorry if I wrote something wrong, english isnt my native language.)

The question is if you died before you picked up the bloodstain. If you did, there will still be a stain of course but you'll only get the souls and humanity you earned after the first death (perhaps none at all).
I'm guessing you set a RSS before you picked up a stain, died, then picked up the next stain without realizing you had never picked the previous stain. The stain you picked up would't have any souls or humanity because you would have lost them with the previous stain. I've done it before and it sucks, but it's easy to do because you don't have to reverse hollowing when you die as RSS summon.

Guys Ive done everything right: fighted some pvp, died in host world, picked up the green thing on my world and "puf" souls and humanities are gone. Luckly it isnt happenning anymore
