It depends on what you are going for criticals I'd say the Rapier, for offhand Mail Breaker works pretty well, for animation and merely striking I'd say Ricards.

Rapier is my fave thrusting sword, awesome lunging R2 attack, best critical, lightweight, and has the same AR as Ricard's. Imo, go with rapier
