Fun SL50 builds

Looking for builds that are fun to play through the game and then fun to PvP with afterwards. I'm running out of ideas, my latest was a 27str large club build that's just really boring to play. Also not really into cosplay too much, though cosplay of characters not in dark souls is better. Saw a dual claw wolverine cosplay that was cool, but I'm not sure dual claws will actually be fun to play.

Currently I have an MLGS build and a ninja (no shield, no poise, flip ring) build that are pretty fun. Also that large club build which I'll delete for this new one.

I'm really not a fan of elemental weapons, but this build is really hard to get any damage out of otherwise.

You could try being a Manly Miner Man. I once got invaded by one in the Burg. Lots of fun!

There is no way I'd ever use a chaos zwei for invasions. Also, you get 3 extra levels just by switching to pyro. Maybe something like this: http://mmdks.com/34xf

Could also swap in leo ring if you know how to toggle (which I don't)

I forgot about the Leo Ring and the Pickaxe! That's an awesome idea.

For curiosity's sake, why are you so objected to using the Zwei for invading. Is it because you don't like the power or because you don't like the moveset? If it's the power, I can understand since my SL7 frequently two-shots (or even one-shots) SL50's. If it's the moveset, you should try unlocked combat.

I'm more against the chaos than the zwei, I find using elemental weapons for SL50 invading kinda cheap. My MLGS build has 40 int and my ninja build has 40 dex.

Other than that I'd prefer not to use zwei just because it's so common, especially in invaders.

K, so any advice between these two builds? The TWoP version gives me some trick against gankers at least, since this build will be destroyed by them. It also fills up the 4th weapon slot, cause I hate having an empty one.

Chaos estoc is only for super high level people (IE invade into SL 100+), in which case you can probably swap on some armor too (menu swapping --> http://mmdks.com/350b) for another poise break point.  Bear in mind that you might be able to get even non-leo boosted counter damage off trades at 60 poise, so pickaxe --> staggerstab could be very, very lethal to SL 100-120...in which case just drop the shield and you'll have fast role after adding giants.

One more point to note:  Any build that has 27 str can use TWoP via stone greatsword.  For example:

After which you can fish on them or roll through a spell + r1 spam...or if you're really fast in the menus just use it with your normal gear off of midroll then switch back to fastroll weapon again.  Or, you could remove either vitality or end just slightly, get to 10 attunement, and carry fire tempest.

The nice thing about str at low levels is that 2handing lets you get max scaling, so these builds will HURT.  In fact, they'll do considerably more than elementals (for example, pickaxe even without leo on 27 str 2h could out-damage the chaos zwei).
