Re: Random Off-Topic
I just finished watching Lincoln. I honestly am not all that impressed with it as a film. Obviously it's an important story, and an infinitely important message, but I didn't think it had much dramatic merit outside those things. Seemed to me like it was just an excuse to have an amazing actor, arguably the best of our time, articulate these powerful historical speeches in true dramatic form through mass media. Maybe in order to better articulate them to people who might not otherwise be so familiar? Like people who don't spend much time reading? I guess that's not a terrible thing. It's a story that deserves to continue being repeated, and it gives credit and respect to men who deserve to continue getting credit and respect. I just went into it expecting this earth shattering ground breaking film, because that's what it'd been built up as to me, and I don't think that's really what it is. I just didn't think it was a story that translated very well to the Hollywood film medium.

Re: Random Off-Topic
I just finished watching Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas for the 100th time, and i love it everytime. Johnny Depp did such a good portrayal of Hunter S. Thompson. It's to the T and no one could have done a better job. Hunter was a man of many words, and many thought. I consider him one of my idols.

Applied to a Dunkin Donuts, Pop's Italian beef, and a gas station today.
Also checked in on the Gamestop application again. They said nothing has been done with applications and probably won't be until September.
So that's four possible jobs.

Are you interested in making really good money but working hard?
Steel mills are hiring 95% of the time. If you have one by you that's worth a shot.
