I've read that playing co op with someone who has seen quelana or has a plus ten glove will make her appear for me.. so if so, I would appreciate if someone would co op with me real quick.

Have you even checked if she's there? If you've killed Eingyi then you've met the requirement to make her appear other than getting a +10 flame. She should be there.

I feel your pain. Same thing happened to me. I just rolled with Iron Flesh. Anyways, from what I heard, the variables surronding her appearance are a mystery, the pyro glove thing is the only definite. Some say she appears if you just find the Chaos Covenant, but otherwise there is no real reliable method to spawn her.

I've joined the chaos covenent and I've checked for her maybe 25 times reloading each time. It's so frustrating. And yeah, from what I've heard there's no definite way to make her appear, but I've seen several people say that having someone with a plus ten glove in your game will make her appear.

A +10 glove is the only reliable way to make her appear, but otherwise she's pretty random. You should be able to talk to her once you've defeated the Chaosmancer just before the Bed of Chaos.

Just do other things in the game, beat a couple more bosses, explore some different areas then check again. She very well might be there. I can't remember the last playthrough I had where I didn't have her spawn and I rarely use Pyromancy.

It is possible, but there have been no confirmations. Honestly, I think the most reliable method is ask if someone has a Pyro +10 to spare. I've noticed the game always reads what you have in hand, not how you got it; so getting a Pyro +10 and returning to your world should get her to come.
Also, if I may ask: How do you accidentally kill your only 2 beginner pyro glove trainers? Do you also accidentally kill Andre occasionally? From what I'm reading, you knew the ropes around the game, so you didn't just make the common newbie mistake that we all made ["Yes" must be correct; Looks like an enemy, must be an enemy!]

I made a common noob mistake. I learned this stuff afterwards. I had no idea saying "yes" to laurentis would cause him to run off, and yeah, I assumed the second guy was an enemy and killed him. I only discovered that I shouldn't do this stuff after I had done it.
