    What do you guys think so far?

    Tried my best to get him as close to possible his character in Path of Radiance other than the Royal Helm, that's just for style points.

    Hard Leather Armor looks a lot like the guy's, but weights too much. I don't recommend PW for duels, it's good for invasions though. Greatest concern was that you had very low poise for using a very slow and SHORT weapon. Yeah that thing doesn't have range. You won't be able to stunlock either so tank-> hit-> dodge. Crossbows are great for Str builds and effective in the off-hand. Good luck.
