Ya not bad, but you'd get a casting time reduction at 45 dexterity for Dark Bead, not that it's needed though. 
I might use a different chest piece for the Falchion too. But that's just me. It is longer than the Scimitar, but not much.

vos/gmb+parrying would wreck your day, I'd keep something stronger than the scimtar on hand to deal with that.

Use a dark hand shield, possible, while it is not very effective as a shield it would at least give blocking capability.

77 is a commonly seen poise value because that's what you get with 3 piece giants and a family mask. 76 is the actual breakpoint for UGS 2h hits
