Hey,
My friend has spent the last year or two working for a gaming company, and today, he just released the first game that he designed.
It's called Color Zen, and it's a relaxing puzzle game. There are no scores and no penalties for failure - just a simple set of rules, intuitive controls, and colorful, geometrically stimulating puzzles.
My friend is an avid Dark Souls fan, and even a member of the forums, albeit a pretty inactive one (https://soulswiki.forumotion.com/u811 ). Since we all like to, uh, play games and stuff, though, I just thought I'd share it here in case anyone might be interested in checking it out. My buddy definitely understands if you don't have a dollar to spare (he's got rent to pay, himself), but it was truly a labor of love for him, and he would super sincerely appreciate literally any enjoyment of the game, whatsoever.
Here it is on iOS: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/color-zen/id650122229?mt=8
Here it is on Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.largeanimal.colorzen
Thanks guys. Again, just trying to help my friend out, and thought I'd share in a place where we could all agree that the gaming racket could use more Dark Souls fans at the helm of projects, even on casual games.
Thanks again, truly, and if you play, I hope you like it!
