Ghost Blade farm

Hi everyone.

So, I've been farming the Ghost Blade for almost 2 hours with 410 item discovery and got nothing. (I'm talking about the Ghost Blade and not the Jagged Ghost Blade)
The problem is that I can only kill the first Banshee, for a simple reason : I'm in NG+, on a SL1 character. So I just can't get into the huge ghost house under Ingward to kill the second Banshee, since any enemy one-shots or two-shots me ...

Is there any way I can improve my farming path ? Would luring and killing each ghost one by one until I can safely get to the second Banshee take too much time ?
And what is the drop rate for this weapon ?

Seems like a safe way how you do it, but I think your Transcient Curses may run out soon like this. Sadly, I've done the ghost-run about 10 times, but with high poise or fast characters, I always seem to get hit too much to my liking.

You might want to ask traders like Lord of Ash, Demon Slayer(?), etc. for this weapon. Just state your platform to either one. I'm sure they can work things out. :razz:

I take all the drops from regular ghosts (I kill 7 on my way to the Banshee) so I never run out of Transient Curses.

I can't ask traders because my PSN seems down at the moment. But if I don't get it when it comes back, I'll probably ask them, since I also need 3 Daggers and killed the merchant ...

Be sure to do that. I know the drop rate is really low, and considering there are, what, 2 Banshees around...
If you have other builds to play with or work on, I suggest doing that. You might get lucky though, but some people just never get their hands on it. Just like that Trident
