    LOL, I am in my 30's too, play with wieght bench and yoga ball near by, can place sign and do a rep of 20 on the bench and go drop sign again when I am tryinhg to join friends, also every loss means 20 dips



    well said. i will put down my summon sign and do the dishes or stretch for my kung fu class.

    Hopefully I'll be getting a treadmill soon and I will be doing some Dark Souls while I run. It's something kind of funny but I can practically work out forever as long as I'm distracted. I remember once I ran twenty miles with a friend just because we were busy talking about Super Smash Brothers Brawl, he's in track. Once he pointed it out and we stopped talking about it I immediately had to stop since suddenly I was alerted to my fat calves on fire haha.
