CMW or Moonlight greatsword sl50

Here are my current stats, Hopefully I Didnt go too far into Atunment,

Looking to either go CMW or Moonlight great sword, Going to be a very low VIT/EN build
Moonlight Greatsword would be my back up to spells im guessing, or what looking a little better is
CMW, with something like Painted Guarding edge sword or Utch +15
which would allow me to start packing in some VIT/DEX
any ideas?

That's what I would do personally. CMW on a Falchion, 53 poise to take a greatsword hit without staggering, the best offensive options for spells at 32int , and the TCC to make the buff really substantial, you'll get less spells but one spell hit is all you'll need with that weapon getting buffed
