I keep hoping someone on the internet will create an epic mural of prognetius and emrakul locked in an eternal battle.

Question, this guys ability says you can play knight cards from your graveyard.  Specifically, would a zombie knight fall into that jurisdiction?

Meh, don't see the point in Eldrazi; die too easily to something that Sacrifices things; say, stealing it with a Act of Treason and then having a Gobbling Ooze eat it.

Also, Progenitor Mimics are HI-larious when the enemy loves his Eldrazi XD

^Any Knight falls into that jurisdiction; Zombie Knight, Wolf Knight, Bird Knight, Human Knight, Fungus Knight.

As long as it has "Creature Type: XYZ Knight" it's eligible.

Also, try to get Door of Destinies if you're looking to use that dude.

emrakul has protection from colored spells. can't target it with act of treason.

can't target progenetus, thus it cannot be cloned, unless the card clones "all creatures" (which may or may not be qualified with "that you control")

Have you guys ever played with the Unhinged sets?

We usually have enough fun with the normal cards but I feel like using those would just be so much better with friends.

Also would you say you actually have fun playing?  I have a friend who says he only plays " for fun " and it just so happens that its only fun when he's winning.  I beat him yesterday with my untested blue deck and he legit got mad when I killed him.  We were in a 4 way free for all and when I killed him he started complaining that he didn't even have that much mana out and that he wasn't a threat.  What was I supposed to do?  Let him get the mana out and build an army of flying exalted?

Even when I know I'm losing bad I still try and find ways to entertain myself.

I have fun regardless, I'm nowhere near as experienced as other friends I play against, and most of my decks are limited to Standard because I like the challenge of building within a certain limitation, but I enjoy playing nonetheless regardless of winning or losing.

As for Unhinged, I'd love to play that set, it seems like so much fun. I wish I didn't miss Unhinged when it first came out, drafting that would've been awesome.

I do wish Wizards of the coast would still sell their old sets.  I remember a friend mentioning how an old duel deck was around $60 to buy.

elderazi is mana spam. you're going to have trouble getting out bringer of the red dawn first, and they'll make you sacrafice it (or just counter it.)

Point being, the elderazi have essentially the same point as any green mana ramp deck does, get out as many giant creatures as fast as possible and crush the opponent under foot.

not my prefered playsyle, but I won't deny its effectiveness.

Thats what elderazi monument is for.

Also, if you play your spell first, they can sacrifice all their tokens for a bunch of mana, let your spell resolve, and play their creature safe and sound.

I can do this all day. My point, (and I suspect yours) is that everything has a counter, and should account for the specific weaknesses of their deck when building/playing.

As long as one does this well, most any plan of attack works well.

$60 is nothing, there are duel decks like Divine vs Demonic is being sold for $225, at least over here.

I want them to do another Elemental set; I missed Loriwyn, and am for the most part Elemental Tribal only.

That, and the Loriwyn elementals were mostly Red and black, with a few other colors sprinkled in. Need more Green/White/Blue (Specially Blue) Mentals.....

Water Servant of 2014 set is AWESOME.

Guys! Is magic 2014 worth it? Just saw the price, $10,00 around here, but with this money I can also buy SOTN, not sure what to do D:

The computer/tablet game? Not really worth it in my opinion, you'd be better off putting that money towards the registration fee of MTGO. I played the M14 game on my tablet, and while the free version locks you down to one campaign and one sealed deck, the rest isn't really worth the money in my opinion. Of course, this is from the perspective of someone who plays IRL and spends money on physical cards silly

     Symphony of the Night?

Would go with that, unless you have a lot of people to play Magic with.

Oh, just as an update, I've found my Mana Punishment Card:

    I wish it was "Basic" land, as that would go REALLY well with my Gate Cards;

Yeah, B/U control is never much fun to play against.

Edit: Anyone watching the World Magic Cup? There's a stream on Twitch and live text coverage on Wizards website. I've seen some pretty awesome decks and sick combos, like that U/R/W control deck. That is one sick deck.
