Never seen that either. I guess it's because I've never had to deal with a player going into a coffin for cover.

I've seen the coffin stab in b-town, but can't remember seeing it in the actual coffin.

Where exactly is the stab in Blighttown? I can't put an exact place in my head where you could do something like that to a player.
