He was a rather old dog, but a good one. He was there since I was a kid and I loved him a lot, since they're putting him in a pet cemetery soon I'm going to go visit his grave.

I just wish I was there with him when they had to put him down, so I could be there with him.

I might try letting a bit more out later but for now I think it's best if I dwell on this by myself, regardless, thanks.

Sorry about your dog. One of my family's cats had to be euthanized recently due to oral cancer. My dog from several years ago died the same way.

Sorry to hear about your dog Grin. I've had a few animals I've had to put down. It's tough hon. But at least like you said, you get to visit the grave.

Yeah I'm hoping I'll be able to do that in the next week or so, maybe get a few flowers for his grave or something similar.

So ever since I got my job, my mom has been up my *** about homework.  According to her, if I so much as get one single incomplete, or missed assignment, I have to quit my job.  Which is of course my only source of income at this point.

I would understand if I was like near failing all of my classes with actual F's or even D's, but there is a difference between that and maybe missing an assignment and still maintaining an A in the class.

I think considering the very disturbing content of your discussion here, unless it's really affected you to the level of needing to discuss it, it might be better to let that one go.. Not really the kinda thing we want on the forum for everyone to see.

I might have a condition in which I have mini-seizures that cause me to daze out in the middle of things, but I don't lose control of my motor functions so it isn't noticeable by other people.

That or I just have ADD.

Well, I have ADD and I don't have anything like that. Sometimes my mind will wander and I'll become a lot less aware of my surroundings, but nothing like a seizure, no sir.

Yeah, Sometimes I'll start thinking and become completely unaware of my surroundings. I'm worried I'll get into a bad situation sometime while doing that then. I once missed my bus stop while on the bus one time, (back when I used to ride it).

If I'm doing anything like watching TV or going on forum i literally cannot hear what someone else is telling me.. it's very annoying :/

I totally do that like every maths lesson, I just think about more interesting things like anything that is not maths, new season of Game of Thrones being one of them.

It's either or.

But you don't lose control of your motor functions, so you don't freak out like a person normally does when having a seizure.

Apparently different parts of your brain can have a seizure, the normal one, because it's most noticeable, is when you lose control of your motor functions and start shaking.

This kind of seizure is different, you sort of fade out and daze off, and then come back to reality. It can be so short that the victim doesn't even notice it sometimes.

Also the blog is nothing more than a me me me perspective with no tolerance of other people's opinions different to their's on the matter, I can't help but view this person as a bigot. I'd rather have game creators create what they want, even if it pissed me off rather than have their art be dictated by people into something it isn't.

I can see why women object, but frankly if it fits with the character it's fine. If everything that could offend someone was banned from gaming it would be one hell of a boring medium.

I get if people object to certain media portrayals but to be honest I'd rather not have the creative expression of people stifled for the sake of being PC.

Steve that interview I've heard before and it's great. Stephen fry dishing out home truths on the word offence. I agree with him that the word has been unnecessarily empowered to mean more than just the exclamation of "I don't like it"

Not all women think the same and there are a ton that don't give a crap or think that it's a negative thing. Also don't forget there are men who have the same mind set on subjects like this.
