I think you will be fine, though I recommend you get a fire or lightning weapon as a menu swap option..... Because all of your attacks are magic based. A quick swap to another weapon may save your life if you run into GMB or high magic defense/shield.

you can get away with having less endurance if you hot swap the moonlight great sword and moonlight butter horn. with the extra points, you can increase intelligence to 44 and use crystal soul spear. reduce your vitality to 30 (which is the same HP as having 40 vit when you wear the FaP ring) and you could raise your intelligence to 50.
this is the mage build that is use, it's pretty similar to yours but with some differences. i hot swap the moonlight great sword and moonlight butter horn, i fast roll with 54 poise and have one more spell slot. using the dark hand might not be your thing but you can buff it with magic shield and stymy any elemental or magic attack anyone can throw at you…its actually kind of funny to see.

Use crow of Dusk man and Bellowing Dragon Ring, believe me, it will make u char so much stronger, its a good one build.
