How many hours it took you to finish this game?

I am currently at the entrance to Gwyns, but I still have to finish the DLC, I am with 72 hours already.

So I was wandering, how many hours it took you to finish the game?

-> I am talking about 1st playthrough
-> Tell us if you do/don't include the dlc

I believe that only Skyrim made me play for so many hours in less three weeks weeks, epic game.

My first playthrough was with a friend who introduced me to the game. He gave me little bits of advice here and there without giving too much away, and it took around 36 hours to reach the end (this was before the DLC came out).

60 with optional places and Artorias dead (couldn't do manus and kalameet the first time)

About 50 hours in all.

less than 40 definitely.

As did I, Ichikuro.
I also spent 7 hours on the Bed of Chaos.
Those 7 hours were 7 hours of rage.
Beat Gwyn without parrying though.. Try that first time through. It's a rock hard challenge. I was too stupid to parry him.

I think 70 or 80 hours. I spend a lot of time exploring and attempting things that others might not. For instance, at the first Blighttown bonfire (near the Iaito) I looked over to the pillar and thought "I bet I can jump on that, maybe there's treasure back there." An hour later and I convinced myself that perhaps I couldn't land that jump.

I didn't even finish my first playthrough. I started PvPing once I reached Kiln, got bored shortly after (I was PvPing with the Dragon Eye...) and started a new playthrough instead. I also never kept time, so I dunno how quick I finished that second playthrough, but I was a sorceress so it probably was really really quick. Sorcery is OP in PvE.

first i stopped at O&S doing co-op for month
then found kathee and invaded AL for month
eventually brought one toon over to ng+ to fight Gywn once...as a good darkwraith i turned around and went away slowly

Really hard to say. Thinking back to my very first playthrough, with no dlc, I would say about 50 hours. At least 2 hours dedicated to dying to O&S and 5 hrs getting the stats to wield the Greatsword of Artorias.

It took me like 3-4 tries to get rid of Bed of Chaos, but I raged because all of them it happened because I fell from the wood bridge

i don't know for sure, but i think it was somewhere in the neighborhood of 40+ hours for my first play through. of that, i would say about 60% of that time was spent farming.

it takes me allot less time to get to NG+ now, roughly 20-30 hours including the DLC. the vast majority of which is spent farming…where's Stockpile Thomas when you need him?

I would say about 60 hours when the game first came out. Though that was with farming for the channelers trident.

I got the game the week it came out and played sporadically for the first 2 months,I like to be thorough with my games and it took me about 83 hours the first time, but I had explored everything sans DLC (for obvious reasons)

Around 300+ hours. On my first character I co-op'd all the area bosses at least 3-5 times so I knew how to fight them when I did them solo. Plus, when I beat 4 Kings I went straight to PvP. Without the multiplayer I'd guess probably like 40 hours.

Sad to say around 80 hours, as when I play an RPG, my first time through I try not to look up any guides or hints on how to do things. I've done this with every RPG I've played.....Except Dark Souls. After getting the lordvessel I looked up where to go.

Around 20 Hours when it first came out .
I had over 1600 Hours on Demons so it's not that shaby

It took over 110 before I beat the game my first time because I messed around so much.

Now, if it was a speedrun, I could beat it in roughly 3 and a half hours.

got again and started over took me 70 hours without dlc

80+ hours. This was through learning the game, dyeing and leaving no rock unturned.
I never found the DLC area in my first playthrough, though.

It took me another 50 hours to complete it on NG+, including the DLC area.

^--- This here, is why I keep my very first character. It reminds me of all the struggle it gave me, and for some reason I love to compare it to my other characters. Now it takes me 5 hours max to reach the end, assuming I won't stop for too long to level up.
