No problem friend.
You need 30 faith to use it, and must remain part of the Blades of the Darkmoon. In case you didn't know, the talisman must be in the left hand, and it only has 1 use, so it must be used on things such as outside boss gates.

Thanks for the build compliment.
The Dingy Set only has one way of obtaining it: Allowing Lautrec to kill Anastacia. Just free him, and progress through the game. By Sen's, she will be dead, and you can just pick it up from where she normally is. The only other way is to trade.
