One guy I killed 3 times and he killed me twice(only after him flasking and I took out one of his phantoms). I had to bring my faith build, one of the groups just kept TWOPing me so I spammed WoG at them into oblivion.

you took the easy way out i don't use WoG personally i use force to knock them on their asses long enough for it to run out and when they try to cast it i quickly cast vow of silence >
and i throw a loyd's talisman just to be safe

I TWOPed them as well but WoG is far more useful, better range then force.

Midgar you sure they were farmers? I see a lot of 3 groups who are just summoning people in when you arrive and thats what you're gonna get in a place where its mainly PvE like duke's

Youll usually find groups of three in Anor Londo, and Dukes cause of the ridiculos boss(es) on each world. If they were TWOPing you... I think they were just farming.

Definitely, one guy kept clearing out all the mobs in the archives even after I killed him, same thing when I invaded next, he was there for over an hour. And yeah one guy just kept pulling out his Stone Greatsword to TWOP me, I wasn't even aware it could do that until today.
There was a couple of other people in there farming but without other phantoms, mostly japanese players using some shady and annoying tactics, they are really irritating sometimes. One guy just kept moving the staircases back and forth, another guy just kept running around a bookcase until my DMB and SLB ran out or they just flasked constantly. Ugh, annoying. I pretty much never expect a fair fight there so I just TWOP people instantly and spam WoG now =/
