RULES

1. Prepare thyself and thine equipment for battle, including spell order. Remember it.
2. Turn off HUD. This creates epicness.
3. No healing! And aslo if you host please remove flasks from your hotkeys so you don't chug by accident.

I've been doing this all day with people, figured I would bring it here. Lay red soapstone outside of artorias' fog gate, or summon one yourself. Duels and free-for-alls have been extremely fun and rewarding. I will be on tonight and will continue this on weekends. Feel free to join

Nothing has immersed me into Lordran deeper than doing this. Not knowing when you'll die, or your opponent, no bars or numbers popping up

What I call, 'hardcore mode.' I will probably not be hindered too badly. Remove all but the Flasks, and just remember my vitality and how many times I can hit, but I suppose the entire point of this is to make you do that, isn't it?

Yeah man, I had it going consistently all night pretty much. I kinda got used to not seeing my health or end bars or anything, to be honest. I'm in my friggin menu often enough anyway, so I might as well just heal between fights, pvp or pve. Pretty fun playing hardcore DkS

I'll be down in the dragon pit, but I'm definitely coming back to this afterwards. Not sure when. I recommend just going and eeing what kind of activity is going on.
