Grass will give you the most stamina regeneration. All 3 stamina items stack with grass, but as far as I know do not stack with eachother. I'd have to look to be sure.

I haven't checked, it's just from what I remember. I haven't used any stamina regen in a long time besides Grass and that's normally when I'm duelling.

I was just thinking of a gimmicky Greatshield plus Strong magic Shield spear pokey build where your stamina regens with your shield up at the same speed as it does without buffs with the shield down. You could poke dudes everyday!

Any two stack together. MoC + GCS, or GB + CR, etc.
Out of the gear, the Cloranthy Ring regens the most, and the MoC and Grass Crest Shield regen the same, both inferior to the ring. I'm unsure how much Green Blossom regens though.

The stamina effects stack with the top two, so the best Stamina regen possible is Grass+Cloranthy.

Power Within also regens stamina I believe, but I don't think you can stack it with grass.

Ya it does. I just learned that recently myself. I don't know if it was changed in a patch or has always been that way though.
I just know you can't use a green blossom while its active, so I believe it would stack with the Grass Crest, Coloranthy, or Childs Mask...I dont know that for sure though.

Only two character buffs can be applied at one time, things like Flash Sweat, Power Within, Iron Flesh, Green Blossom, etc.

Your standard regen is 45/s, if you equip all regen gear, you get it to 85/s. All forms of regen stack and that includes the additional regen from Green Blossom (which is probably stronger than the 20/s from Cloranthy).
I would say the max regen you could get in the game is about 105/s.
