imo you should either try to maximise weapon dmg or capitalise on the int+fth points you spend to wield the sword. also your hp is the absolute bearable minimum, 1400+ should be aimed for with a melee build imo.

The flame is for boosting karmic justice but you can throw in some pyros if you want. Decent damage but really just for looking badass. The gravelord covenant give you the same black aura as arty.
