Need Help or Trade for Priscilla's Dagger

Am on NG++ with just the Knight's Honor Trophy left to get. On both NG and NG+, I did swipe Priscilla's Tail at the start with strongest weapon at time, but neither time did it cut off her tail and then both times I accidentally killed her. This time I hit her tail with a Crystal Zweihander +5 (two handed) and that didn't work either and I'm worried that I might kill her so I quit the game for now. Any suggestions, help, or trade?

Here is a really neat trick for getting her tail. Summon a phantom, have the phantom buff their weapon, then have the phantom attack her tail until the buff wears out. Once it does you as the host start the fight by attacking her tail. It will fall off. I know because I do this for people all the time. I don't have any toons near 192 so I cant help you myself but now at least you know what to do.
