Is the BKS an op weapon?

Just asking, I was pvping this morning, I beat the guy, then he sent me a hate message as follows.

"Of corse ud use a op wepon tha blake night swoard iz over powdered b a man use som magikz pussi!!!!!!"

So I'm guessing either he was trolling, or really is that stupid.

I'm just wondering if people in the community share the same opinion, as this guy.

He's just stupid, as evident by his lack of articulation.
Magic is both OP and not, very powerful bu leaves you open. The Black knight sword is good, but in no way OP.

Well my first thought was, wow I can articulate very well when I'm speaking, typing not so much but damn this is just sad.

He just sent me another message calling me a "ignoramus prepubesont unedgecated **ck terad"

I'm getting alot of entertainment today from this guy rofl.

If you want, just feed the flames and see how worked up he gets. Just don't go all out or else he will feel like he won.

Only op thing in this game..... Is my sack.

not op at all, i dont think there's any weapons that are op, he just sucks dude.

OP? Are you kidding? He's just irked because he lost. Instead of saying weapons are over powered, how about that person learning to fight against the different weapons?

Seriously though. The BKS has a lower AR than the Clay +15 or MSGS +15 (they all only deal physical damage, so don't suffer from split damage reduction). So, IMO, no. It is not OP, by a long shot.

MSGS beats it by about 25-50 in my experiences, can't recall if it's faster or not. Heavy attack certainly is.
So It is good for about 3/4 the game, but when you start approaching +15 weapons and stats start getting to 40+ time for something more specialized.

Funniest thing is that I was swinging like mad, the guy couldn 't even parry me.

I forgot to say that I killed him with the 2h R2 attack, maybe that was something to add to his anger.

Ps, watching The Walking Dead, awesome show.

That is a nice long attack. Would have been funnier if it was a BKGS R2 Always wanted to see a death like that. "Failing with style" Is what I shall call it.

Iv never used it but Iv seen the stats and people use it and it's a good sword. But OP? That's probably pushing it. It's a good sword but nowhere close to OP. If he wants to justify his loss by saying it was well then more power to him I say lol

BKS is not OP. If the user who sent you that actually thinks it's OP, then he probably thinks every weapon used against him is OP.

BKS is definitely not OP, it's a powerful weapon when fully upgraded but is by no means too powerful.

I think he just lacks the skill to deal with it and can't take the fact.

Kinda new to all this, so forgive me if this is a stupid question, but how can a weapon be too powerful? I'm not referring to the opinion of the moron who lost, but I get the feeling reading this that though you mostly don't consider the BKS overpowered there are other weapons you do... is that right?

If so, what would an example be?
