Drakes Clipping Through the Floodgate

So I've been farming for dragon scales for ~4 hours, and something really weird happened. A drake clipped through the New Londo floodgate. It made me think that maybe there would be a way to clip through the gate as well?

Personally I doubt that there would be considering on how they have brought along some patches to stop things like that which we could consider a glitch, for example the dragon head stone glitch which basically would have made it so players could just spam for souls, also the item duplication glitch which incorporated the bottomless box. Any way the point is that those dragons clipping through may just be an odd bug that happened to happen in the slightest chance but it is up to you if you want to look up some more info.
