    A love for Disney

Post by GrinTwist on Wed Apr 10, 2013 9:53 pm

You love them, whether you hate their current shows you love their old movies. So indulge!
Give me your thoughts on whatever is related to Disney!

Your post can be a ramble on your nostalgic memories of their movies or it could be your opinion on their current movies.

    Just keep it Disney.

Also, due to the new theme, do not derail this thread.

I prefer the old Disney. I don't like all of these TV shows that they keep doing. But, I don't actually mind Disney itself, but I despise the TV shows they keep putting on Disney XD.

It seems a lot of people hate the new shows they have.
I haven't seen any of them to be honest, but they don't look like anything Walt Disney would have wanted to make.

I actually discussed Disney with my classmates the other day. Well, that and a couple of other things. As far as TV shows, i was always more of a Fox Kids/Jetix kinda kid, but as far as the movies, i loved them(obviously). If my memory serves me right, Mulan and The Lion King were my favourites when i was younger.

Also, i decided to look Fox Kids/Jetix up and found out that another Disney channel replaced Jetix...

    I HATE DISNEY!

I think i'd rather vote for this one as a theme for this thread:

    Fantasia plot synopsis:
A fun film, dedicated to classical music with lighthearted vignettes featuring the likes of Mickey as a Sorcerer's Apprentice; hippos, ostriches and leaves dancing; and various abstract art principles. Oh yeah, there's a ****ing demon at the end who shows you what happens when you go to sleep......

    Good night kids!

    Skarekrow's witty commentary:
At about the 1 minute mark, there are ghostly skeletons. Wait....skeleton ghosts? So someone died, became a skeleton then was killed again to become a skeleton ghost? Awesome!

At 4:10 there are some blue guys. They dance. I want this dance as a Dark Souls II gesture. Even if it means backstab city!

5:13, BOOBIES! This won't be the last time Disney flirts with pornography. That's right, cover of The Little Mermaid, we're onto you

I absolutely loved Fantasia when I was a kid, too bad I lost the VHS tape. Still, my favorite movie of all the Disney movies was Hunchback of Notre Dame.

I also liked The Black Cauldron too.
