So recently I realized that the heal on Sanctus is different from the health drain on Power Within in a very important way. Sanctus replenishes 1 HP every second at all times, whereas PW drains health at a rate determined by your health - 1%/sec.
This means that if your TOTAL health is just low enough, Sanctus and PW will balance each other out, and your health will stay constant. Mathwise, this should happen at 100 total HP, but in practice you can be anywhere near there, and for rounding reasons, it works out.
The lowest total health you can get to on the Warrior class is 148 - you must have not upgraded your VIT, be wearing the dusk crown ring, AND be cursed. With this in mind, I present to you....

this unnamed build. Of course, because you have to be cursed, being a Forest Hunter is really the only viable PVP method.
You have to get your health down to below 25% before putting on the forest invade ring, then swap in the RTR when you invade. Then, pop PW and swap to Sanctus. Voila - 40%+50% damage boosts, that STACK! I just finished the build this morning and have been amusing myself since. It's an absolute riot. What do people think? I'm sure the idea has been had before, so I make no claim of originality.
