The vid was claimed as infringement 9 minutes after I posted it. I disputed the claim, since it's protected under fair use, and it was put back up. The claimer has a set amount of time to challenge my dispute. I haven't heard anything yet.

That's how it goes. People like to call copyright to try to scare others into letting them have it exclusively.

Saying they dropped their claim would imply that they had one. Yours was one of the few cases where somebody could post the "fair use" clause and actually be justified in it. You legitimately used it for criticism and a form of journalism so you were covered.
