I'm playing my new game plus and I'm bout to go over soul lvl 120 if I need to stay where I am in my lvl please let me know and stop me from going any further. Thanks

No it doesn't. For mostly Darkmoon, Darkwraith, and Gravelord, yes. For the invaded PvPers and Forest, no. The limit is set by those who do not want to take time to level faster, and keep humanity and souls as a ranking of sorts, as I see in game.

If your intrested in fight club pvp then 120 is a must, otherwise what cook said is bang on.

to put it more specifically, semi/organized pvp slvl cap is about 120 (imo if you wanna DW invade more than host, then a few lower is better, either way) but to get invaded by (cracked) red orbs, there is no cap, but the higher you go, the longer you may have to wait
that said, if you want to host a bunch, 120-150 is good too, i think it starts to die beyond that

well i'm 180 and climbing and have still been very happy with the online experience. 4 Kings and Seath are pretty quick to summon and in the Kilin invasions or red stone summons are quick. breaking the 120 cap has been fun and interesting considering how more versatile your character can become. i recommend everyone take at least 1 toon past the 120 barrier.

I have a SL 412 character and i still get a lot of pvp action. not so much with darkwraiths but in the forest and darkmoon cov I will get summoned with either ring on.
