Whenever I cast Crystal Soulmass & he jumps he keeps making them disappear before they they can track & hit him. So annoying.

Twice I got him down to such a low amount of HP, but then I ran out of spells. His HP is too damn high. I'm still trying. I haven't had any problems with NG+ bosses until now. O & S were easier. I didn't want to do the bow & arrow strategy because with his 10K+ HP that could take forever, but then again it's taking me forever this way lol.

Do you use the Moonlight Greatsword or the Horn of the Moonlight Butterfly?
Those are pretty much the go to weapons for casters.

Yeah I've been asked that. I forgot to cut off Seath's tail the 1st time around so I was planning to do it this time. I didn't consider the Butterfly Horn. I'll have to look into that. Thanks.

Well, if you don't mind my asking what is the weapon you're using currently? Also, I wouldn't recommend the MLBH for Manus, the low damage and spear nature will make hitting him a chore, and when you do hit it'll do underwhelming damage.

Manus has some pretty good Magic Defense.
I think my Soul Spears didn't even dent him, You're in a position where you eitehr bow glitch him, or summon another player and Sif.

My crystal soul spear does 1920 damage, but I don't have that many of them because I'm using the Crystallization Catalyst.

I used the lightning battle axe in the 1st playthrough and now the gargoyle fire halberd +10. I like the halberd better because of the reach i don't have to get close to enemies as with the axe.
