Question about lag in pvp.

So are the Us Servers really this sh*ty, I mean I have decent internet 24mb up, 5.5 down, is it the servers, the host I'm invading, or is it possible for the host to flip a lag switch, like people do in fps's thanks.

It's just getting really annoying at this point, I just get lag stabed to much, earlier today I was pvping a guy in The Forest, he was hitting me from ten feet away, and going through my shield(I was holding up my shield).

There are no servers, it uses P2P connections it seems. Lag just happens, the more severe the more likely it's a bad connection or you are really far apart.

Can't help you with the lag issues, but if the invader was using a shotel it would go through your shield.

Nope he was using a Zwei no enchant.

He was like over ten feet away on my screen and hitting and going through my shield, he said I was in front of him, and not blocking which is crap, I love this game but, who's decision was it to not make any servers?

Who uses P2P for multiplayer?

P2P can barely transfer downloaded files, let alone hold online match making together, dedicated servers would have been a smarter choice.

He could be also using "Dead Angles" type it in on YouTube.

And dedicated servers cost money, we play for free so... I'm just gonna accept it, haha.

Oh well that goes for you then, I'm on the Xbox 360, I know what dead angles are, but they are not being hit from ten feet away, facing the other direction.

That's why I brought up dedicated severs, because I pay for my online rofl.
