    Actually the risk/reward-ratio with these swaps is not broken at all.
    It is very challenging to land this on actual fight and if you miss it suck all you stamina (at least on the best combos) and leaves you open for bs.

    The rolling attack thing is pretty broken if the guy gets good at it or has a programmable controller or something.

    Rollswapping weapon buffs on to normally unbuffable weapons just brings up the problem where people who do it have an advantage over people who don't and it's weird and glitchy enough that the scrub community of duelists will probably refuse to play with it instead of adapting. Also it allows TWoD which nobody wants.

    Seriously, if you get caught in it, you most likely deserved it. You either made a fatal mistake or your opponent was good enough to pull it off flawlessly.

    I think buffs in general have always been too powerful in this game and I don't intend to use any buff swap glitches myself, but being able to land weapon swap combo on your opponent with fast roll is no easy task to pull off in the heat of battle so I consider it completely legit.
    I have landed it on duels and I've died because of it in duels.

    Yeah but muscle memory and all that. It's hard now but with enough practice will become trivial. I fought some guy once who was either very good at it or had a programmable controller and it was pretty nightmarish. He'd roll at me with a dagger and then R2 > R2 for 3/4th's of my health. And he did this very consistently and seemingly without much trouble.

    AFAIK it's not possible to delay this after the roll, though, since you press R2 mid-roll. So the roll is a big enough telegraph. So long as you're expecting the guy to use this glitch, it should be manageable.

    The most effective combo (so far) is actually Gold tracer 2H R2 -> Greatsword.

    If opponent has low-ish~ bleed resistance, the best combo is Gold tracer 2H R2 -> Lifehunt Scythe.

    My personal favourite is Iaito 2H R2 -> Zweihander :') not really THAT powerful but cool as hell and it pancakes (I also demonstrate it on the video).

    Greatsword is above others because the R2 attack on it doesn't pancake, so your combo can continue for full 3 hits. All other UGS or otherwise strong weapons have pancake on R2 so it only does the first hit and knocks the opponent down.
    Other good option is Murakumo swap twisted

    If I knew the full weapon swap glitch, I would totally use it to give a dagger the moveset of the greatsword or DEMON'S GREAT AXE. Oh, the lulz.

    This is useless versus anyone worth his armor. Parrying a rolling attack has to be the easiest thing to do in pvp. Entertaining to watch? Yes. Useful against say a Mossad or an Amos? No.
