Chaos Storm = Less Damage (1000), but leaves lava that would do 50% of the damage that the storm would have done if it connected.
Tempest = More damage (1200), but no lava, so opponents can run back in to attack you when it's done much faster.

Well... It IS for a lvl30 so Each one of those is more than likely used for trolling purposes, except the few times i ast it and people rush in not knowing what it is. Do you think I should invest the point in attunement, rynn?

1000 damage is more then enough to slay most foes at SL30. I'd probably go with it for aesthetic appeal myself.

I'm on PC. Used to be on 360, then PS3. I think that's what I'll do, because my character is all about aesthetic appeal with a hefty dose of strength. c:

Yes, I would say the same thing. On 'hyper mode', Fire Tempest should be enough. There's not really a need for a second form of storm.
