Can a regular game plus a NG+ char co-op together, assuming they are in the proper levels of each other?

Yup. Lay down your soul sign in the burg for some odd instances. I once got drawn into some SL25's game when I was about SL12, and he was on NG+. Man, the levels!

That wouldn't happen to be very recent, would it? PSN?

Coincidence? Or actually summoning someone into a higher NG?

My point is that I very recently was summoned by some guy when I was lvl 21 in the parish and he was definitely on a higher NG. Maybe NG++ or something. I barely made a dent in the gargoyles, and died by accident. Stupid 360 degree swings...

I'm talking about the summoning level.
A SL 25 can only summon as low as SL 13, and that was on DeS. On DkS a SL 25 could only summon as low as SL 23.

No. Summon range is dependent on level and is similar to DeS.

10 +/- 10%(n) is the formula for pretty much everything. Summoning included.

I don't know the specifics, but I'm sure that hobo could be approximating.

    Fine, but that's still 13.

She doesn't summon people, they invade.

First few are summoned, the video is mainly about invaders and the turned BP knight.

There a lot of similar video where people stay at low level in a NG+(multiple), summon Solaire and wait for invasion. Those invaded never expect solaire to pack that much of a punch and they can't cash that check.

Yes, and this mechanism can lead to some entertaining results. Like getting summoned in the Burg at SL 10, and then realizing it's NG++++++.

    Yeah, I was approximating.

Go on, if you're doing low SL runs help a (sun)brother out!
