Is Griggs telling you to talk to Master Logan? If so, Logan's probably still in Sen's. Just go to his cage and talk to him again and he'll go to Firelink. If Griggs is offering to sell you Logan's spells, then Logan probably left for Duke's.

I forgot to save Griggs. Once I did, I talked to Logan again and he's here. Thanks for the help.
