That's bloody weird. By where the 3 rats are? Use that ladder a lot when in fmaring mode and that's never happened.

Are you on PC? because this never happened to me on Xbox , but i was watching a stream on twitch the other day , and the guy had that happen to him everytime he slided down that ladder. He was on PC.

I heard it rarely occures. You must be unluckly. I'm on PS3 and had that happen only once.
I was outside running away from a crystal golem and ran up the ladder going to the platform. There was a dead body stuck between the ladder and the platform, so I couldn't go further. I slid down the ladder, through the crystal golem, and then through the ground. I died maybe 10 secs. or so later. I can't remember exactly how long I was outside the map.

Actually, it would be "infinite post-ladder slide clip-fall through the floor activate"

I never had that happen to me on xbox. It is probably a rare occurance. The only big glitch that i ever experienced was when i sat at a bonfire and instantly died even when i responed. My character was ruinded and there was no way to fix it.
