Would you do this?

I'm think about having a tournament in Sen's Fortress. I was going to have the players duel on the 2nd bridge, the one with the first lightning-shooting lizard guy. It would be at level 55ish.

Would anyone be interested? Remember, there would be a chance of falling to your death.

I stay away from duels. Unless of course there's a chance to demonstrate my superiority on a public level of some kind.

I don't feel like it would be diverse enough or last long enough to be worth organizing an entire thing for. Would it be fun to watch for the first couple of matches? Yes, I'm sure it would, but as far as tournaments go, there's probably somewhere more suitable for that X-factor riddled duel.

I voted no. I feel like that is a cool idea that could turn frustrating pretty quickly.

Not a chance. I hate platforming to begin with. This sounds like a nightmare to me.

I just like seeing people get smacked by a giant, swinging axe. Luckly there are more yeses them nos right now, and a maybe. It looks like I'm not the only one that's crazy.

I'm leaning towards no. Not because of the potential pitfalls, because I couldn't dodge sideways.

Where I realy want to duel is the cathedral that houses the PW in light londo (preferably without the chandelier broken)

No, on the ground. It really wasn't relevant to the topic. Archers dueling on the beams could be cool though. No shields or melee weapons allowed.

My and my friend just finished discussing this. We don't think it would be a good idea. The beams are very narrow. It would have to be ranged only. That would limit the amount of str builds participating. Pursuers would dominate, so they would have to be banned. That would limit the amount int builds participating. Also, Greatbows and some spells would knock people off in one shot, so some fights would end too quickly.

It did seem like a cool idea though.

I fought a few invaders on those bridges, so I know for a fact there's enough room to fight.

Wouldn't WoG and Force dominate in Sen's Fortress? If you can get one cast you will probably send the other guy to it's death.
