Any help with a Pyro build?

I have some basic idea, that you need 45 dex, but what else, and what spells are most efficient to use.

I know some of combos like : Fire Surge then into Grt Fireball, or Chaos one, but nothing else

Things you need to consider: would you use pyromancy as your main form of attack? Or are you just going to use a couple of spells as a back up??? For example you want to make a standard pure Dex build with a Chaos Blade. In that case I would attune GC and tempest as back up soells because most of the time you'll be using the katana. If you are going the caster path I recommend you use a rapier/dagger and a bow as back up weapons, with high Att for fireballs and other pyros.

Never use the Iato when min/maxing. It does twenty less damage and requires two more str to wield. R2s don't matter with katanas because you'll most likely be BS fishing, R1 spamming, or sprint R1ing like a fool (ie: none of them have any good R2s).

If you are using certain pyros, dexterity is unecessary. If you want to maximize pyros with fireballs and aoes, then making a dex build is probably a good idea. Pyros do not scale the same way with dex as sorceries and some miracles.

I believe a noticable difference in casting speed begins at 30 and ends at 45 dexterity for pyromancies.

chaos blade, optimize your armor if you don't care about your looks, get a mask, consider a black flame over tempest.

maybe consider getting 30 endurance too.. 159 stam is a pretty good number to play with when you have a kat. you could pull the points from dex or vit, i'd probably pull it from dex.
