Various Rare Weapons Needed for Knight's Honour XBOX 360

Hi guys!

I'm currently getting the last achievements for this game. I'm currently sitting at 37/41.

There are a few snags that I've come across whilst trying to aim for the 100%; the main one being that I'm missing a few of the rare weapons require for the Knight's Honour trophy.

If anyone could trade/give me one (or several) weapons for the list below, I would be most appreciative:

Black Knight Halberd
Black Knight Greatsword
Black Knight Sword
Channeler's Trident
