    I don't think we need in game gifts. We probably all have everything we need.anyway. I was thinking figurative items for bragging rights in lieu of ranks. I want incentives to participate but don't want. a complex hierarchy

    I like personally Grem-Lites for temporary members too, I think it has a decent ring and does sound just inferior enough silly

    I think perhaps a member to sort out all the videos, images and such could be an honorary title too.. the Grem-Pilationer?

    I think we should dish out the different coins to more important members/ members who've done a lot for bragging rights. Rare stuff should be the name of the game, especially shiny stuff.

    I think an essential part should be our characters must be green with white hair, and ideally run around looking as stupid as possible. Giant weapons without the str requirement recommended silly

    btw Karma's Gremlins is too normal, how about a crazier/wierder name to vary it up a bit, every cov seems to have that name forumla. Priscilla's lifehunters, lordran's deliverance, Manus' might etc.

    I do like Karmatic Gremlin Gang. A compiler is a good idea too. I'm leaning away from a lot of ranks or titles and think the figurative token idea will work well for us. That way we can keep things simple and have the same rewards across systems. All our deeds will be story based so no direct contact with each other is needed. If people prefer we can accumulate covenant rep permanently or per the latest event.

    Here's what I mean by incentives:




    At the end of an event, the.speaker would declare something to the effect of "For the greatest single act of balance through mischief, I present the Gremtastic Tinkering Hammer to ____"

    That's a roughly one minute effort on the hammer but it gives the idea better

    I agree with that skare, just open debate where anyone can contribute, while having the 4 defined roles- leader, speaker, treasurer and compiler, everyone else being just as equal as those with titles... simply having less to do except have more fun silly

    I dunno about permanent rep with us to be fair. It would be difficult and ridiculous to do.. people would get a crazy amount as (we hope) a lot of shenanigans and messing around will happen.

    I think that's quite the interesting idea. People could whack things like that in their sigs as trophies too, which is a nice touch.

    I still gotta think of a good peer to peer rep idea too. I'm also leaning away from permanent rep. I know ranking is important to some people but I like the idea of a ceremonial washing away of rep at the beginning of each event. So one rule might be you're only allowed to brag or display your tokens until the next event starts

    I'd like that, then we could say that each specific trophy is a temporary award, like a player of the month sort of thing.

    I like doing that with the tokens, but I think with rep if it's not permanent there's not much point doing it compared to the trophy/token idea, as it'll just be a number next to your name for a month is kinda silly

    Yeah. I could see that not being too popular for bragging. I came up with it as more a camaraderie idea.Basicallyduring an event, all the members would be able to ceremonially say "good job" to differentiate their opinions from GremLites. Just a way to keep it more formal but it's certainly not necessary


    A phrase might be the best option actually

    How I have it in my mind [this is o ly my idea so please bear with] is that the Gremlins used to be minions of Velka but were soon tired of punishing the Guilty and decided to secede from Velka and start a systrm based on Karma and Mischief.

    In terms of patheon, you got one here (admittedly the least of all probably) on board, and I bet we could recruit a couple others... E especially winking

    The lore whitemage suggested is fine, to be honest though I think if we made a comedic sort of lore rather than a serious one it would have a good effect.

    Comedic is fine. But I think taking a serious lore and turning it comedoc is better. Sure we seperated from Velka, but how did we do it and what was the trigger?

    Maybe the GremKing stole her unmentionables?

    Maybe there was a grand mutiny party where we offically renounced Velka....then the Speaker got drunk and started eating red cracked eye orbs because the thought it would make him see other worlds?

    All I am sayin is that I think we should have comedy, yes. But an underlying structure of seriousness makes it a bit more real

    Should we maybe set some guidelines for the kind of toon would be used in the covenant?

    Looks and such, recommended armour and rings, weapons etc?

    I'd like to suggest toons be made green with white hair (duh)

    The armour look very worn and disjointed, mismatched and very irregular combos of armour I think should be encouraged.

    For weapons, hilariously large weapons which cannot be swung should be encouraged, or failing that broken swords, club-type weapons etc.

    I'd like to say as a general guideline to the builds of the cov, fast toons be advised (would be helpful in doing shenanigans anyway), with use of dark wood grain ring to make us harder to hit when cornered (suiting the gremlin's generally fast, athletic movements)

    As a result, the largest stat investment should be in end, next being vit, allowing toons to be dodge and run away appropriately while being able to take a hit or two, while a minimum stat to cast karmic justice be used in accordance with the lore so far posted
