Lemme think. Chaos Blade does damage to you when you hit... For 50 extra AP (roughly with 40 dex and 10 humanity)
Uchi with buff will do crazy damage, little less after buff wears off but your opponent would be toast, making for an easy victory...
I'd go for Chaos Blade, 100% more awesome, 100% more fun factor

The chaos blade is a harder to weapon to use but once you get the hang of the moveset it does better in fights and the r2 can hit the attempting backstabbers from the side of you. Duels are better with it for fun.

The Chaos blade has more range, and the moveset isn't THAT bad. But the uchi has the jab.....hmmm

I don't use kats, but when they are used against me, the Chaos blade is the best.
To name a couple advantages:

- High bleed (makes a difference)
- Highest damage
- Don't have to buff (can't) which means more stats are put into vitality
