All are welcome at Friday Night Fights. Please read the rules at the top of the post. I am only on my PS3 Friday - Sunday, so if I don't answer your friends request right away it is because I am not home. Be patient, I catch everybody up as soon as I get home on Friday afternoons. I can not stress enough, Rule #1 & 8. Complaining will not be tolerated. Hope to see you both Friday.

I didn't expect any of my suggestions to make it through, TBH. Uh, I might show up. I'm not much of one for schedules, though, which is why I don't really go to pre-arranged FC's too often.

Yeah Reim. I don't like TWoP, but not allowing it is unfair to faith builds. But it still can not be used as a prefight buff. It has to be cast after engagement. Hope to see you Friday night.

My hope for this FC, from the beginning, was to get to a minimalist format while maintaining a duelists respect for other fighters. I think the fighters we have showing up at this point are exceeding any expectations I had for this format. I really don't see TWoP as being anything that is effective, against any fighter present, more than once or twice. Everyone is very good at figuring out counter strategies. Which is what makes all the fights so good.

Awesome night last night. I like the anything goes. We can all fight how we want to fight. And, we can do it without worrying about breaking someone's individual rules of engagement. And, you know what? Nobody was a jackwagon. All the fights were good.

As crb said - it is important to know how to fight different styles, even TWoP and chainstabbing. Best to learn it with your friends.

Yeah, it was nice to have Bombay there too. He summoned me early on. He noted I was using a HR and sent me a PM that it was not allowed (he wasn't part of the FC). I told him to not summon me, I'm duelling in a fight club with minimal rules. Pretty soon, he asked for an invite to the FC.

I was trying to be a jackwagon, but I wasn't very good at it.

I though up another good way to TWoP people: Cast Great Heal. Then later run off and cast TWoP. People will run into it trying to punish your Great Heal. Doesn't work vs. dirty mages who will just CSS you.

Wow! You guys are the best! Friday night was a blast. Reim's new toon was tough. GG's to everybody. I was a little out of it last week (lack of sleep is rough on an old man, lol). Hopefully, I will have it a little better together for everyone this week. Got to say, I am really liking the current rules/format. Kill, kill, kill! See you all on Friday.
