    Type this into search function:

    Poise breakpoints for spells

Either I dont know how to use it, or it doesnt work that well sometimes.

If someone could point out something im doing wrong, id appreciate it.

    ***EDIT***
    Oh I see advanced search...

    ***EDIT***
I found this: poise breakpoints spells - Poise breakpoints for Spells?

    ***EDIT***
I did multiple searches looking for key phrases in both posts and topics. Something as simple as "poise spells" brings up several unrelated topics, and narrowing the search further seems to mostly result in zero hits.

As of now, I think I like asking Tart or someone questions for an immediate answer. I like the idea of searching in order to avoid simple questions, but having a thread like this will help answer more complicated questions when simply how you word something may create a problem with the search function.

I can't remember the specific stats, but I have both STR and DEX in the 30's and a BKH+5 and BKGS+5, how come the AR is higher on the GS but I seem to hit harder on the Halberd?

BKGS is regular and BKH is slash, the things you tested on have low slash defense,
try on someone with eastern armor

Sorry, but I'ven finding this label in the forums lately. I was wondering: who you people mean when you talk about "Try Hards"? What is a "Try Hard"?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, is just that I just came back to the forums after a long break.
    Thanks in advance!

A Try Hard is a double edged comment. It is essentially calling someone a noob, but who is obviously not such a noob.

A Try Hard is what is sounds like, someone who "Tries Hard" to win, no matter what. It could be using cheap tactics, or over powered weapons. Honestly, it is just a phrase people came up with so they can insult someone so they don't have to feel sad about losing.

Serious, you are the master of Off-Topic, and the Brony Thread. 2 major threads which have become my home in my home. I think, for that, that type of thing is forgivable. silly

Can you cut tails off with a blunt weapon? Or are regular/slash weapons required?

Yes, you can cut tails with any kind of weapon. Don't worry about what weapon you're using when going for a tail. happy

A question, Tart, if you will.

Is your cat on my cat's level at Dark Souls? She's a Quality build, rocking a SSS +15, at level 250.

Hey guys. Just wondering, how many kills do I need to score in the forest to level up my covenant ranking? And when I do level up, does Alvina or Shiva give me anything [useful]? A lot of times, I get matched up against groups of two or three trespassers who are waiting for you at your spawn point. I've only been able to score two kills by far ( both of them, players without phantoms). Thanks.

At 1 kill, speak to Alvina and get a Divine Blessing.
At 3 kills, speak to Alvina for a Ring of Fog.

Welcome to the forest, expect gankers winking

    Quote from the wikia:
If you speak to Alvina after defeating a certain number of forest invaders, she will reward you with the following:
    1 kill: Divine Blessing
3 kills: Ring of Fog (can also be obtained through trade with Snuggly)
3 kills: After a loading screen Alvina talks about Shiva, and the distrust she has in him.

Don't wanna derail my own topic meant for helping the forum, but my cat is SL 999(yes, my cat can be that high a SL). My cat is currently dualwielding a +15 Claw on the right and a +5 Chaos Claw on the left, as well as the Darkmoon Talisman to buff the +15 Claw with Darkmoon Blade. Your cat ain't got sh*t on mine.
