That SL is way too high for me (or most people) to be able to be summoned (let's forget that I don't have Xbox). But out of curiosity, two questions:
1. How did you get all the souls to level up that high? Most players who gain millions upon millions of souls using PvP develop good enough skills to not need co-op for any part of the game. Did you use the pre-patch dragon head glitch?
2. What NG+ number are you on? Must be so high that everything kills you in 1-2 shots even with your 99 vit.

It's not that hard to get to that sl.
My main toon is 654 and it has taken 640 hours so far, I haven't used any gliches to get there.
I'm on ng 12 and have met high sl players along the way that if I want to coop I can, although it has to be planed as Its very rare to see white ss.
I'm not the best at pvp but on a good day I can get 30/40 million souls when I pvp with high sl players.
I've found it helps to put red ss down in the forest and although you do get gankers summon you, you also get a lot of people just looking for 1v1.
